I have lots of previous customer service experience through previous jobs such as travelling alone to schools and delivering pe lessons to students. But also from being on the front desk at Chelford gym always going the extra mile for any customers and their needs. Through both of these jobs I have dealt with complaints, enquires, problems, people with certain needs due to disabilities. In my current role as an operations assistant manager, I m always communicating with other companies and customers over the phone or in person, keeping them up to date or dealing with enquires.
