About

I am an accomplished educator, trainer, and operations professional with over 20 years of experience spanning higher education, vocational training, and industry leadership. My expertise lies in delivering high-quality instruction in Business Management, Health & Safety, and Operations, with a strong focus on skills development, learner engagement, and workplace readiness.

As a Lecturer in Business Management and HSE across institutions in Ghana and the UK, I have taught learners at various levels—from entry to advanced—designing inclusive curricula and delivering practical, outcomes-based training aligned with BTEC and national frameworks. I have also developed learning materials, assessment tools, and mentorship programmes that enhance student performance and professional development.

In addition to my academic roles, I have held senior operational and HSE leadership positions, where I led safety training, implemented policies, and supported workforce capability building. These roles have equipped me with a deep understanding of adult learning, regulatory compliance, and staff development within both classroom and workplace settings.

I am now seeking opportunities in education, learning and development, or training-focused environments where I can contribute my expertise in curriculum design, health and safety training, business education, and strategic staff development.
