As a manager I am leading an exceptional and robust nursery for last 10 years achieving the Outstanding grade by Ofsted. I have confidently trained and mentored 5 staff members to complete their Early Years Level 3 qualifications. I welcome FE students and apprentices and support them during their placements, guiding them to complete their portfolios. As a qualified SENDco, I support staff in planning and providing an inclusive curriculum to support children and families with Sen. Collaborating with LA and external agencies in leading way for my nursery to create funding to support community around my preschool.

I am a highly motivated and skilled nursery manager with over 15 years of experience in a leadership role. I am passionate about inspiring and encouraging new practitioners to join the early years workforce, bringing with them the passion, love, and care needed to support young children. In my current role, I have supported and trained numerous students during their placements, helping them complete their qualifications and secure roles within the sector. With my extensive experience and knowledge of childcare and mentoring, I am confident in my ability to take on the role of assessing and tutoring early years practitioners.
