The skills I have are extremely transferable, as a Relationship Manager I convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing to clients, stakeholders, counsellors and learners. I effectively negotiate terms and conditions to meet both Ada's and the client's needs to increase the number of diverse learners into the tech industry. I Identify issues when they arise quickly and develop effective solutions which is suitable for the client with minimal impact to the learners.

I am well-suited for the position of Apprenticeship Manager due to my comprehensive leadership experience and my current role as a Relationship Manager at Ada. In my current position, I have successfully developed and maintained strong stakeholder relationships, reinforcing effective communication and collaboration skills that are essential for leading governance meetings such as the Apprentice Governing Board and Excellence Committee. I have an in-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and apprenticeship standards, which aligns with the responsibilities of acting as the nominee for Ofsted inspections and ensuring compliance with the Apprenticeship Providers and clients I work alongside. In my current role, I am committed to maintaining high quality through apprenticeship programs Ada offers to partners as I regularly engage with academic partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with educational expectations. In my current role, I am expected to uphold the highest professional standards, which I will carry into the Apprenticeship Manager position. My ability to collect and analyze feedback, produce comprehensive reports, and implement necessary changes aligns perfectly with the requirements to ensure quality training delivery.
