My collaborative approach, honed through leading teams and working across disciplines, ensures I can contribute to a cohesive academic community at UKMC, supporting students and aligning course content with program objectives.
About
With a rich background in education, research, and management, I am well-suited to excel as a Business Management Lecturer at UK Management College, delivering high-quality educational content and shaping dynamic academic experiences for students. Currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering and an MBA (Sep 2023 Expected Sep 2027), I possess advanced expertise in strategic planning, organizational behavior, and project management, enhanced by practical experience in renewable energy technologies from my Master s in Microelectronics and Communication Engineering (Northumbria University, 2022 2023) and MPhil in Physics and Materials Science (2018 2020). Over six years of teaching, including my role as an Assistant Education Officer in Pakistan (2017 2021), where I managed teaching across 14 schools, developed curricula, and led assessments, and as an Elementary School Teacher (2016 2017), where I delivered engaging physics lessons, have honed my skills in course delivery, student engagement, and assessment design directly applicable to lecturing in business management. My research on tandem solar cells and prior projects on piezoelectric sensors and spinel oxides equips me to integrate real-world applications into teaching, fostering critical thinking and relevance. At UKMC, I aim to develop and update course materials, facilitate interactive learning, provide academic support, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance program success, while staying current through professional development and contributing administrative diligence, all informed by my interdisciplinary expertise and international perspective.
