I have occupied a number of roles within Early Careers operating at a leadership level. Currently, working as the EC Manager for Bentley Motors, I lead a team of 3 to deliver unprecedented results for the business. I have strategically repositioned the EC brand across the student marketplace and proactively embedded DEI into each stage of the life cycle. I major on apprenticeships and have significantly redesigned our provider selection and built in initiatives to ensure apprenticeship success. I have also maximised levy spend to include development apprenticeships for existing colleagues - unheard of at Bentley. I am looking for a new role to challenge and broaden my passion for Early Careers and would love to be considered for this position.
