With over 27 years of experience working across the private, public, and third sectors in the UK, I am a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a broad skill set spanning programme management, quality assurance, and education. I bring a proven track record in managing and delivering high-quality training programmes, business development, compliance, and operational management. My experience includes working with employers, government bodies, and educational institutions to design and implement training programmes and successfully secure funding.
As a qualified teacher and Level 4 Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), I have extensive expertise in quality management, having supported numerous organisations through Ofsted inspections, audits, and the development of quality assurance systems. I’ve led and managed apprenticeships, vocational training, and education programmes in a variety of sectors including hairdressing, beauty, business administration, customer service, and more. Additionally, I am experienced in bid writing, contract negotiations, and market research, which has resulted in significant funding and business growth.
In addition to seeking freelance opportunities that build on my vocational further education expertise mentioned above, I am also a qualified mindfulness teacher, certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and am passionate about teaching mindfulness techniques to individuals, teams, and leaders.
