Managing of House of Multiple Occupancies, tenancy sustainments, following health and safety protocols such as site checks, and conducting fire drills and room checks. Supporting new clients with tenancy sign-ups and positive move-on into independent living and with evictions supporting the client at Homeless Services. Completing support plans and risk assessments and support notes in a timely manner. Reporting Safeguarding concerns as and when they arise and engaging with external agencies to safeguard the individual.

Successfully supporting some of the most vulnerable people in society, worked in the field of support for the past 15 years in various projects within the Birmingham, Walsall, and Dudley boroughs. Extensive knowledge of supporting vulnerable adults and young people who have been at risk of homelessness or homelessness.
