Teaching Assistant - Swinderby, near Lincoln

Salary: £19,303.31-£22,185, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to join our Education Team at our SEN Kisimul School in Lincolnshire, in the village of Swinderby near Lincoln LN6. This role works from 09:15am - 16:00pm Monday to Friday, with 13 weeks annual leave (65 days).

About You

What experience or qualifications do you need?

Ideally you will have a Teaching Assistant qualification or experience in a similar role, but more importantly you will have:

A passion for supporting children
Motivation by seeing the progression and development of others
High expectations of our children, your colleagues and yourself
A willingness to go the extra mile
A sense of humour
The ability to remain calm in testing situations and come back the next day and do it all again with a smile.
