The Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality History lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5, inspiring students and driving excellent progress.
The department has a strong track record of results and places a real emphasis on modern, relevant and thought-provoking History teaching that builds students' critical thinking and curiosity.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging History lessons across KS3-KS5
- Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback
- Create a stimulating classroom environment with high expectations
- Contribute to curriculum development within the Humanities faculty
- Support wider school life, including tutoring and enrichment activities
- Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents
About the Department
