Nursery Practitioner

Location: RedhillSalary: £13.05 - £14.20 per hour (approx. £28,500 - £31,000 per annum)Start Date: ASAPJob Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and welcoming nursery team based in Redhill. This opportunity is open to both qualified Level 3 practitioners and unqualified candidates who have experience working with children and are willing to work towards a qualification.

Working Hours

4 days per week
10.5-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and education to children
Support children's learning and development in line with EYFS
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Contribute to planning and daily nursery activities

Requirements

Level 3 Childcare qualification OR relevant experience working with children
Willingness to work towards a childcare qualification (if unqualified)
Understanding of EYFS (or willingness to learn)
Passionate, reliable, and team-oriented
