The Role
As SENCO, you will lead and oversee SEND provision across the school, working closely with staff, pupils, parents, and external agencies to ensure all children receive the support they need to succeed.

- Have proven experience leading SEND provision within a primary setting
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS curriculum
- Be an experienced and effective classroom practitioner
- Inspire colleagues through strong leadership and collaboration
