As we expand our apprenticeship offerings, we are on the lookout for a Course Designer & Skills Coach to lead and implement our Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner (Level 4 Apprenticeship) program.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to intertwine curriculum development, digital learning advancements, and personalized coaching to empower learners in their journey to becoming effective CR&S practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Design: Craft an engaging and future-oriented sustainability curriculum, leading the development of the apprenticeship materials, and ensuring alignment with current legislation and industry standards.
- Teaching Delivery: Conduct online workshops and webinars aimed at helping learners tackle real organizational challenges related to sustainability.
- Coaching & Support: Provide personalized coaching, develop individual learning plans, conduct monthly coaching sessions, and assist learners in preparing for end-point assessments.
- Quality Monitoring: Track learner progress and take proactive measures to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all participants.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various teams to enhance the overall learner journey and engage in continuous improvement efforts.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Proven expertise in Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, ESG, or Responsible Business practices.
- Experience in designing educational content and coaching professionals, particularly senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability strategies, ethical governance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Minimum GCSE A*-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Desirable Qualities:
- Teaching qualification (AET, DET, PGCE) or membership in a relevant professional body.
- Experience in delivering apprenticeship standards or professional development programs.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools or virtual environments.
