Salary: Grade 3, £25,117 - £26,216 per annum, pro rata /Approximately £18,212- £19,009 per annum (0.72508 FTE)

Avanti House Secondary School is seeking a skilled and motivated Learning Coach to support teaching and learning across our primary phase.
Working closely with teachers and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality classroom support, leading targeted interventions, and helping pupils to access a broad and engaging curriculum. You will work with children with a range of needs, adapting your approach to ensure every pupil can thrive both academically and personally.
