About the role
To help shape and develop Performing Arts across the school, ensuring alignment to Trust principles and the reliability and validity of data. This is a key appointment in the school's development and the successful applicant will play an integral role in the Arts Department in ensuring the quality of provision in Performing Art, establishing the subject at the heart of our academic curriculum. You will be a model of professionalism, a dynamic team player and an outstanding practitioner in their own right.
Salary & Benefit
Salary M1 (Inner) to UPS3 (Inner) dependent on experience, £40,317.00 - £62,496.00 - plus TLR2.1 £3,527

Who we are looking for
Qualified Teacher Status with a good honours degree in a relevant subject and evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Excellent classroom practitioner with demonstrable experience of raising standards and experience of successful delivery of the primary curriculum.
- Experience of working in high-performing contexts, helping scholars to overcome significant barriers to learning.
