Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of School to lead a specialist SEN & Alternative Provision setting in Wolverhampton.
This role is advertised as a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the school.
- Drive excellence in teaching, learning, behaviour, and wellbeing.
- Support and develop staff.
- Promote a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are maintained.
Qualifications
- QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Leadership experience within a school or Alternative Provision setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and behaviour support.
- Passionate, resilient, and student-focused.
- Valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Working Conditions
Full-time assignment with a specified salary, which is inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
