Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary academy in Hertfordshire, seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September on a full-time, one-term temporary contract.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a small Year 3 class and will benefit from the support of both a Teaching Assistant (TA) and a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) within the classroom. The class includes pupils with additional needs, and therefore experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Global Developmental Delay, is essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN, including Autism and Global Developmental Delay
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate learning effectively
- A nurturing, patient, and inclusive approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
