Salary: £20,379.28 to £21,260.42 per annum (pro rated for part time)

Responsibilities
- Make phone calls to apprentices flagged for Needs Assessment as part of their Cognassist assessment.
- Discuss learners' Cognassist assessment results and encourage engagement with learning modules.
- Record support delivered on the Cognassist platform and One File.
- Attend EHCP reviews as required and offer input regarding learners' progress.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience
- Hold Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent.
- Previous experience supporting people with learning support needs.
- Knowledge of inclusion, range and implications of disabilities/self advocacy issues.
- Confidentiality, considerate and tolerant approach.
- Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Information
Background checks including employer references and an enhanced DBS check will be required.
The position is not eligible for standard Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
