Occupying a 33 acre site on the edge of Henley on Thames, we are a co educational academy with approximately 900 pupils aged on roll.

Key Responsibilities
- Work one to one with a student with complex needs during lessons.
- Support the student with any necessary interventions and provide lunchtime duty for 30 minutes.
- Assist with communication and teaching support to maximise student achievement.
Qualifications and Experience
- No experience necessary - full training will be provided.
- Experience working in schools supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities is an advantage.
- Flexibility, resilience and the ability to relate to young people in a positive way are essential.
