The Role
We are looking for a Lecturer to join our Early Years and Education team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success. A huge part of the role is the personal and social development of all our learners and this is embedded into our curriculum offer.
You will teach from entry to level 3, including NCFE CACHE and T Levels, to learners on a study programme. You will be a course tutor and support learners in all aspects of their study programme and journey. You need to be qualified to at least level 3 and it is desirable to have an assessor qualification.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver innovative and inclusive curriculum content that meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods and technologies to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the development of the department's programs and initiatives.
