🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across heavy vehicle engineering and motor vehicle studies
Support learners to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for success
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learner needs, ensuring an inclusive learning environment
Maintain accurate records in line with awarding body and compliance requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement and high standards of training delivery
✅ What we’re looking for:
Level 3 (or above) qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or similar)
Strong, current industry experience within the HGV sector
Knowledge of diagnostics, fault-finding, and safe workshop practices
Experience in training, coaching, or assessment (or willingness to gain a teaching qualification)
Passion for developing others and supporting learner success
Understanding of apprenticeships or vocational training (desirable)
