What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering English and Maths Functional Skills to the Royal Navy, this may be in the classroom or out in the field (on ships etc) or providing 1-2-1 supportMonitoring, identifying and producing appropriate training documentationResponsible for the Duty of Care of trainees under your controlDeveloping coaching and mentoring skills to support learnersGeneral administration tasks
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience of working in a school/education establishment eg Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Higher Learning Teaching, SEN, Pupil Referral Unit Support or Tutor.Level 2 Key/Functional Skills in English and Maths, or an equivalent/aboveGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenGood IT skills using Microsoft Office Suite
