Job ResponsibilitiesProviding tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with complex SEMH and behavioural needs.
Assisting the class teacher in managing classroom dynamics, defusing conflict, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Leading or assisting in sports and physical activities to encourage positive engagement and emotional regulation throughout the day.
Monitoring and recording student progress, boosting their self-esteem, and ensuring all safeguarding protocols are strictly followed.
Essential RequirementsPrevious experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs, complex behaviours, or within a care/support work setting in the UK.
Full eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
An enhanced DBS check on the update service, or a willingness to undergo a new check via Randstad.
