Secondary SEN Teacher - BoltonFull-Time September Start Teaching Personnel

Are you an inspiring SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and well-resourced environment? Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Secondary SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision in Bolton, supporting pupils aged 11-19 with a range of additional needs.

About the Role

You will be teaching and supporting students with:

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
Communication and interaction needs
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons to meet individual needs
Support pupils to achieve academic, social and emotional progress
Implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies
Use positive behaviour management techniques
Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists and families
Monitor and assess student progress effectively

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching SEN students at secondary level
Strong understanding of ASC, SEMH and complex needs
A patient, adaptable and resilient approach
Passion for inclusive education and student development
