Hours: 20.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Lecturer in Health, Care and Early Years to join our dynamic team. You will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across a range of Health and Social Care qualifications, supporting learners to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for progression into further study or employment in the sector.
Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering innovative, learner-centred lessons
- Assessing and tracking student progress
- Providing support, guidance and enrichment opportunities
- Contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement
Qualifications
You will have recent industry experience and/or a teaching background in Health, Social Care or Early Years, alongside a passion for helping learners achieve their potential. A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is essential.

Teaching Pathway
