Responsibilities
- Taught small classes of primary-aged pupils with complex learning needs and physical disabilities.
- Planned and delivered highly differentiated and engaging lessons.
- Created a calm, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
- Supported pupils' communication, independence and personal development.
- Worked closely with experienced Teaching Assistants and specialist staff.
- Used sensory and practical approaches to support engagement and progress.
- Assessed, monitored and recorded pupil progress.
- Contributed to EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
