As an Engagement and Inclusion Skills Coach, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to transforming lives through learning. Working across both Young People's Learning and Adult Learning provision, you will support individuals to re-engage with education, overcome barriers and achieve their goals. You'll deliver high-quality, inclusive pastoral and wellbeing support, helping learners from a wide range of backgrounds build confidence, develop resilience and gain the skills they need for future success.
Working closely with safeguarding colleagues, you will ensure support for vulnerable and at-risk learners is responsive and tailored to individual needs. By building strong, trusted relationships, you will empower learners to take ownership of their progress, raising aspirations and encouraging sustained engagement, attendance and progression.
