Join the Learning Department at College of Technology as an Apprenticeship Early Years Assessor and play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of childcare professionals. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programs.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead the delivery of apprenticeship programs, ensuring all learners meet their milestones and complete their qualifications on schedule.
- Act as a dedicated mentor, balancing rigorous academic standards with the practical realities of the Early Years sector.
- Guide learners through their educational journey, providing support and expert advice to ensure their success in the field.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years' experience in the early years sector.
- Firm knowledge of apprenticeships and vocational training.
- Hold a relevant Assessor/Verifier qualification.
- Passionate about driving excellence in vocational training.
- Excellent mentoring and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
