We are looking for dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners who are passionate about early development, can command a room with a smile, and know how to blend serious professional expertise with absolute fun.

Because our nurseries rely on us for seamless, high-quality cover, we keep our qualification bar firm:
- The Credentials: You must hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, EYE, NNEB). Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care pathways do not meet statutory nursery ratio requirements.
- The Knowledge: You must possess a comprehensive and confident understanding of the EYFS framework, statutory welfare requirements, nursery ratios, and Ofsted expectations. You need to be "nursery ready" from day one.
- The 2025 Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you do not yet have one, you are expected to complete the training within your first 3 months with us.
