At London South East Colleges, we're looking for a dynamic and resilient Behaviour and Inclusion Mentor to join our team at Bromley Campus. You'll be at the heart of our student experience and safeguarding agenda-working closely with colleagues to create a culture where every learner feels supported, understood, and empowered to make positive choices.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting students to overcome barriers to learning through targeted, personalised interventions
- Using de-escalation and trauma-informed approaches to manage and improve behaviour
- Embedding restorative practice across the college to promote accountability and growth
- Helping students to build resilience, confidence, and self-management skills
- Working collaboratively with staff to create a consistent, inclusive approach to behaviour and engagement
- Delivering training and sharing best practice to strengthen behaviour support across teams
