We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Cover Supervisors for day-to-day supply work starting ASAP. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supervising pre planned lessons, maintaining positive behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning in the absence of the classroom teacher.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young people in an educational, coaching or youth work setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- The confidence to supervise lessons across a range of subjects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- A positive and professional attitude
