Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - ThurrockTradewind Recruitment is seeking a motivated and experienced HLTA to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Thurrock.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Support teaching and learning across a range of year groups and abilities.
- Lead small-group and one-to-one interventions.
- Assist with assessment, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold HLTA status or possess significant experience in a similar role.
- Have a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
- Be confident managing classroom behaviour and leading learning independently.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be committed to supporting the academic and personal development of every pupil.
