Swim Instructor - Aylesbury, Fitness Operations, part time bank (ad hoc hours). Up to £21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
Duties
- Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
- Deliver one to one lessons or group classes.
- Create a fun, engaging approach to motivate and develop swim skills.
- Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities.
- Support colleagues to improve lesson performance and reach targets.
- Maintain a positive role model for all participants.
Qualifications
- ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable manner.
- Strong teaching talent tailored to individual needs.
- Good people skills and a genuine love for swimming.
