Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and observations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programmes and share best practices.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and behaviour.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
Qualifications
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum relevant to the age group being taught.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in classroom management and creating inclusive learning environments is desirable.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes is an advantage.
