Day-to-day of the role:
Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of English courses, maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment.
Teach on a programme of appropriate courses, including GCSE English.
Assess, review, and record learner progress and maintain accurate course and learner records.
Embed employment skills into the curriculum to enhance learner readiness for the workplace.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in a relevant area.
Proven experience of teaching GCSE English is essential.
Teaching qualifications, or willingness to work towards obtaining one with our support.
Open to recent graduates and individuals seeking a career change.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
