Are you organised and confident handling administrative tasks of all kinds? Do you want to work as part of a team delivering a great experience for students and apprentices? If so, we have a part time (21 hours per week) fixed term (11 months) role that could be ideal.
In this role you will be at the heart of the Apprenticeship Unit, providing essential administrative support across all programmes and helping to deliver a smooth, positive experience for every student. Working closely with colleagues across the University, as well as external employers and partners, you’ll support key processes and coordination activities, ensuring everything runs efficiently and in line with University policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
As Administration Assistant you can expect to be involved in:
- Providing a broad range of support administrative services across all areas of the End Point Assessment (EPA) for all apprenticeship programmes
- Acting as point of contact for students, apprentices, prospective employers, external examiners, collaborative partners, staff and visitors
- Supporting the organisation of EPA assessments, examinations, meetings, events and committees
What will you bring to the role?
- Previous administrative experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience of supporting administrative processes from start to finish, including managing documentation and working to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate records and confidential information
