To support our ongoing growth, we’re looking for talented freelance End-Point Assessors to join us on our journey. As an End-Point Assessor, your role is to deliver reliable, independent assessment services to Construction EPA Company customers. You’ll apply industry expertise to evaluate apprentice performance across multiple activities, ensuring grading decisions accurately reflect their occupational competency.This role requires someone with exceptional assessment abilities coupled with the ability to act with integrity and impartiality, and someone who is flexible, with the independence to travel for assessments as and when the business requires.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct End-point Assessments within your main areas of competence and experience.Ensure timely completion of all required assessment follow up and documentation within the EPA system, in line with quality assurance requirements and service level agreements.Attend and contribute to standardisation events for End-point assessment.Manage your own caseload of apprentices through their End-point Assessment.Provide assessment feedback to Construction EPA Company quality requirements and within SLA.Complete required CPD in accordance with Construction EPA Company regulators requirements.Complete training as required to maintain own competence.Essential Skills / Experience / QualificationsMust hold a current UK qualification for workplace vocational assessors or a Workplace Competence Assessor.Award such as a Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Workplace and continue to practice to that standard.All assessors must have had a minimum of 5 years work experience as an interior systems installer or had previously worked as an interior systems installer and undergone relevant and recognised continuous professional development within the last 5 years.Excellent organisational skills.Able to travel as necessary to fulfil the duties of the post.Desirable Skills / Experience / QualificationsExperience of conducting End-point AssessmentsExperience of supporting apprenticesOur ValuesInspiring others to achieve.Supporting and empowering each other.Working as a team to deliver the best for our clients, customers and each other.Delivering on time and keeping promises.Being respectful, responsive and reliable.Keeping all communication clear and constructive.Understanding and valuing how everyone contributed to our success.Bringing energy, passion and a positive approach to work.Celebrating success and taking pride in everything we doEmbracing change and identifying opportunitiesLeading by example.We are an equal opportunities employer.
