The successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and end-of-key-stage expectations.
- Be confident in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge all learners.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Embed seamlessly into a small school environment and contribute positively to the wider school community.
- Have high expectations for achievement, behaviour, and pupil wellbeing.
