At Wild Minds, we believe that some young people don't need more pressure - they need the right environment, the right relationships and the right support.
Every day we work with young people who have struggled in traditional settings due to Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, anxiety, trauma or unmet additional needs. Through therapeutic education, mentoring, outdoor learning, animal care and vocational pathways, we help them reconnect with learning and build confidence for the future.
As our provision continues to grow, we're looking for SEND Coaches to join our team.
📍 Flackwell Heath, Cookham & High Wycombe
🕘 9am-3pm
📅 3-5 days per week (term time)
💷 £15.00-£18.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
This role would suit someone with experience in:
• SEND
• Alternative Provision
• Youth Work
• Learning Support
• Education
• Social Care
• Mentoring
• Autism and ADHD support
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can build genuine relationships with young people, remain calm during challenging moments, and see potential.
