This is an excellent opportunity for both ECTs and experienced teachers seeking a rewarding role within a welcoming and supportive school community. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 2 class and will benefit from dedicated ECT support and mentoring, alongside additional PPA release time.
The Role
- Year 2 Class Teacher
- Part-time position (2 days per week)
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with experienced staff and school leaders
- Assess, monitor and support pupil progress
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Passionate about teaching and learning in Key Stage 1
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Committed to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils
- Open to both ECTs and experienced practitioners
