We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Business Systems Exams Officer to join our friendly team!

Key Responsibilities

To be responsible for administration and organisation of examinations and external tests
To be responsible to the awarding bodies for the fair administration of the exams within the regulations of the JQC and QCA
To keep the organisation up to date and appraised of changing external requirements
To administer and support the business systems within the trust
To be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting students and staff through the examination process
Primary contact between Treloar's and all the external examination bodies

Ideal Candidate

5 GCSEs at grade A-C level (or equivalent) including English and Maths
Be experienced in using Microsoft Office & using databases (ideally experienced in using educational MIS)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, organise and manage workload, and ability to work under pressure
