Make a Meaningful Impact Behind the Scenes at Capital City College
Capital City College, one of London's leading Further Education providers, is looking for a skilled Nursery Practitioner to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.
About the Role
This role is offered on a term-time only (37 weeks per year), part time (27 hours per week) permanent basis.
- Plan, organise, deliver and evaluate activities and learning experiences for children within the Early Years Foundation Stage in partnership with parents.
- Observe and support children's all-round development, enabling each child to reach their full potential.
- Be a key person for a group of children, to support and extend their learning within the EYFS.
- Work within all College nurseries Child Protection and Safeguarding policies and procedures, to ensure children are kept safe.
- Work in partnership with parents and value and respect the differing cultures, ethnic backgrounds and household structures of the families and the children within our nurseries.

About You
Looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in excellent service. You should bring:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- A minimum of a level 3 childcare qualification, which is equivalent to an NVQ Level 3 childcare qualification.
Most importantly, you'll be ready to make a positive contribution to our college community.
