Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver fun, progressive activities for children aged 4 11, focusing on participation development and enjoyment.
- Track and adapt sessions based on pupil development.
- Provide additional help to children needing extra support.
- Be an energetic and enthusiastic ambassador for Premier Education.
- Take full responsibility for the safety and engagement of all children in your care, keeping them focused and on task throughout sessions.
- Ensure appropriate behaviour, focus, and engagement from all children while delivering activities.
- Adapt your approach to different stakeholders, including children, parents, and school staff.
- Follow all company policies, including health and safety and safeguarding procedures.
- Be punctual and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your role.
- Uphold Premier Education's values in all your actions.
Training and Development
Weekly face to face mentor meetings and weekly Teams meetings with your mentor. Comprehensive training to ensure staff are qualified to the highest possible standard, with a bespoke career pathway for professional growth.
Qualifications
- Functional skills in English and maths if required.
- Experience working with children in school settings or holiday camps, delivering PE, games, arts & crafts, performing arts, etc.
- Experience as a babysitter or teaching assistant.
- Genuine interest in working with children, physical education, and physical activity, with a desire to positively impact children's lives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Initiative driven with a can do attitude, eager to learn and seek guidance from team members.
- Infectious personality that captivates and engages children in various activities.
- Preferred: drivers licence and vehicle access.
- Access to childcare.

Contract Details
Employed contract - 30 hours per week (minimum 6 hours off the job learning). The role requires preparation to travel to a variety of schools each week.
