Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
- Hold (or be on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026
- Be an Early Career Teacher with a passion for teaching within Key Stage 2
- Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive, trauma informed practice
- Be reflective, open to feedback and eager to develop as a practitioner

Salary will be determined in line with the Outer London Main Pay Scale and aligned to the Early Career Teacher (ECT) pay range. The role is suitable for ECTs, with salary awarded at M1.
