Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire

Reporting To: Lauren Savage

Compensation: £27,227 - £30,826 / year

What you'll be doing

Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
Support smooth daily routines - from mealtimes to naptimes
Create and implement development-focused activity plans
Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
Be a positive role model - collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas

Qualifications

Experience working with children in an early years environment
Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
A team player with a can do attitude and positive mindset
Confident communicator with a love for customer service

Start date: 24th November 2026. If you wish to start sooner, we can accommodate this within one of our local nurseries nearby until N St Albans opens.
