Enhanced Learning Support Assistant - Level 3
Salary
£26,403 - £27,254 per annum pro rata
Hours
37 hours per week, term time, plus 11 additional days (8 30 Mon, 8 00 Tue Thu, 8 30 Fri)
Start Date
Required from September 2026
Responsibilities
- Support students, especially those with SEND, throughout the school.
- Lead the new language and communication support programme.
- Engage with students and support them in overcoming a range of learning difficulties.
- Support the Catholic/Christian ethos at St Mary's in this role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- English to GCSE or equivalent.
- Enthusiasm for working with young people.
- Subject to an enhanced DBS check and an online search for shortlisted candidates.
- Full training and support will be provided.
