Overview
We are looking for a passionate Teacher to join our Level 3 Health & Social Care (A-Level eq. AAQ) team. Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning, delivering and developing teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles; taking responsibility for the quality of your teaching and related curriculum development that meets learner needs, whilst assessing learners' progress in college or on work experience and devising assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets. You will also be expected to be an enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated with Literacy and Numeracy at least Level 2.
- A degree in the relevant subject area (2:1 or above Desirable).
- PGCE or equivalent qualification, higher degree or recognised professional qualification.
- Meet LLUK standards for teaching and supporting learning.
- Evidence of current Continuous Professional Development.
