Job Overview
Amplify Education is a dynamic new multi-academy trust of 22 schools across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset, formed through the thoughtful and planned merger of TiLA and CST. United by a shared vision, we are a bold voice for Bristol, committed to building belief in every young person, expanding opportunities, nurturing potential, and strengthening citizenship.
We are ambitious, reflective, and collaborative - driven to improve outcomes for young people while working together, learning from one another, and continually strengthening our practice. If you are looking to make a real difference within a forward-thinking and supportive Trust, Amplify Education could be the place for you.
We invite you to join our team at St Werburgh's Primary School. St Werburgh's Primary School is a thriving primary school, with a vibrant cohort of pupils of many ethnic backgrounds. We are a split site school, consisting of an Infant Site and a Junior Site. At St Werburgh's Primary, we are all on the same team - 'Together Towards Excellence'. We would welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate our school values of kindness, curiosity and commitment and have a passionate commitment to raising attainment and achievement.
The Opportunity
We are looking for creative, resilient, dedicated, and flexible SEND Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people with additional needs.

About You
We seek someone who is creative, resilient, flexible and positive, with a good understanding of how children with SEND learn.
