This is a rewarding and dynamic role where youll travel to workplaces across your region, carrying out holistic observations of learners and helping them achieve one of the most important qualifications in their careers.What youll be doingVisiting workplaces to observe learners in real-life care settings, ensuring they meet apprenticeship standards.Planning and conducting progressive in-person visits (average of 3 learners per day).Managing yourtimeeffectively to maximise travel efficiency and learning outcomes.Ensuring all assessments meet Ofsted, awarding body, and internal quality standards.Promoting safeguarding and wellbeing at all times making sure every learner feels supported and safe.What were looking forA genuine passion for education, quality, and empowering others to succeed.Excellent planning, time management and communication skills.Confidence working independently, with the flexibility to travel long distances and stay overnight when needed.A Health & Social Care qualification at Level 3, 4 or 5.At least 2 years experience in the Health and Social Care sector (minimum Senior Carer level).Youll be part of a passionate, professional, and supportive team who genuinely care about learners and the difference high-quality training makes in Health and Social Care.
