We are seeking to appoint a skilled and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our federation team. The successful candidate will be an experienced, enthusiastic and adaptable practitioner, primarily working within an Upper Key Stage 2 classroom while also supporting learning across the wider school.
This is a varied and rewarding role within our small, inclusive rural primary school. You will work alongside a dedicated staff team to support high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring all pupils remain engaged, challenged and able to succeed. The role requires flexibility and responsiveness to meet the changing needs of pupils and the school on a daily basis.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and hardworking, with high expectations of behaviour and achievement. A strong understanding of effective Key Stage 2 classroom support is essential, alongside the ability to build positive relationships and contribute to a purposeful learning environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, take pride in their work and remain fully committed to supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing. Experience across different age groups and a willingness to contribute to wider school life, including breakfast or after-school clubs, would be welcomed.
